Founded in 1999, McDonald Waterproofing and Restoration has earned recognition as one of the top specialty repair contractors in Colorado. While we specialize in parking structure repair, our skill sets enable us to perform most commercial repairs involving concrete and waterproofing challenges.
Locally owned and operated, we take pride in our reputation for innovative communication processes and extremely high client satisfaction. Our clients’ satisfaction is reflected by their continued use of our services on subsequent repair projects.
Our guiding principles:
- Honesto (Honesty)
- Amistoso (Friendly)
- Calidad (Quality)
Communication is a cornerstone of what sets our concrete waterproofing and restoration team apart. Part of this effort is the Daily Project E-report that we create and deliver electronically to our clients to give them daily updates on their project. The Daily Project E-report allows a quick view of the project status and details and is a valuable asset for owners and managers that are remote from the project. With projects having engineering support and involvement, these reports are an essential addition to the project files that are created by the engineering team.
Daily Project E-reports include the number of personnel on the project, morning and afternoon ambient and surface temperatures, quantification of work completed and work coming up. No other concrete repair contractor in the Rocky Mountain region makes use of this cutting edge communication system.
